About The Position
The Relationship Banker provides exceptional client service, assists clients with banking needs, questions, and information about products and services, and performs teller transactions. The role also establishes client relationships, identifies client needs, and supports banking center cash and operational procedures.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional client service.
- Assist clients with banking needs, answer questions, and explain products and services.
- Perform teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Establish client relationships and determine client needs and services.
- Create, re-pin, and issue debit cards for clients.
- Process night deposit bags and mail deposits and payments.
- Handle large sums of currency, coin, and change orders.
- Assist with or oversee the opening and closing of cash vaults and the Banking Center.
- Learn and comply with CFSB policies and procedures.
- Participate in New Team Member Orientation and Annual Regulatory Trainings.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader.
