About The Position

This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service and support that exceeds expectations. The Relationship and Operations Manager will partner with advisors as the primary operational and relationship resource to ensure seamless client experiences. This includes executing actions to establish new accounts or maintain existing accounts accurately and on time, coordinating projects, training, and process improvements to enhance office operations, and managing multiple projects professionally while overseeing objectives and ensuring quality control.

Requirements

Minimum three to five years of experience in financial services required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong research and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Ability to compile statistics and reports accurately.
Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of financial advisor office tools such as Orion, Goldmine, Redtail, or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide white-glove service to advisors and clients through proactive communication and relationship management.
Act as the primary contact for custodians to ensure smooth account processing.
Ensure compliance with periodic client review requirements.
Process new accounts, cashiering, transfers, and maintenance requests with accuracy and timeliness.
Take ownership of asset transfers to guarantee seamless execution.
Complete money movements per advisor or client requests while maintaining compliance standards.
Maintain accurate and complete client information in databases and systems.
Stay current with operational updates and ensure data integrity.
Coordinate projects by defining expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and management.
Assist with developing processes and procedures to increase accuracy and streamline workflows.
Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to meet project goals.
Lead regular skill and competency training sessions.
Support mentees as a subject matter expert in multiple operational areas.
Encourage personal and professional growth among team members.
Research and resolve operational challenges using available tools.
Source accurate answers, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to drive efficiency.
Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
