About The Position

The Home Care Rehabilitation Staffing Coordinator supports the home care department in providing quality care and services to patients and their families. The role performs day-to-day staffing and scheduling functions and other administrative duties for the rehabilitation team. The coordinator triages phone calls and communicates scheduling and other relevant information to patients and families, facility staff, therapists, and other department staff.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, either 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Computer application skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education.
• Background in staffing, scheduling, and/or customer service.
• Experience in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day staffing and scheduling functions for the home care rehabilitation team.
