About The Position

ComForCare Home Care is a franchise of in-home care providers focused on helping clients remain safe and independent at home. The Scheduler oversees scheduling and coordination of client services, manages staffing assignments, ensures compliance with agency policies and regulations, and protects confidential client and employee information. The role helps ensure clients receive timely, effective care while fostering a supportive environment for employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules for services requested by clients.
• Monitor employee overtime and mileage records.
• Provide direction to direct care employees to ensure safe and effective coverage of client needs.
• Maintain adequate numbers of available on-call staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and employee records.
