About The Position
Atlantic Health is seeking a dependable and compassionate Rehabilitation Aide to support the daily operations of Atlantic Rehabilitation in Pompton Plains. This entry-level position assists staff and patients and helps provide a smooth, welcoming experience. It may suit someone beginning or continuing a healthcare career, particularly in physical or occupational therapy. The role involves supporting therapists with non-clinical tasks, preparing treatment areas, cleaning equipment, assisting patients with mobility or transfers under supervision, completing clerical work, and welcoming patients and families. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Assist physical, occupational, or speech therapists with non-clinical tasks.
- Prepare treatment areas and clean equipment after use.
- Support patients with mobility or transfers under supervision.
- Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling, restocking supplies, or data entry.
- Greet and assist patients and families in a professional and friendly manner.
