About The Position

Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist for Atlantic Rehabilitation’s outpatient team in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. The position may include a hybrid pelvic and orthopedic caseload. The role offers a collaborative environment centered on patient care, professional respect, and continuous learning. Shifts are flexible, but two evenings are required. The therapist conducts evaluations, develops and delivers treatment plans, educates patients and families, documents interventions, and bills appropriately. The team provides comprehensive rehabilitation services and works collaboratively with physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals.

Requirements

• New Jersey license to practice physical therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy academic program.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• WCS or PRPC certification.
• One to three years of pelvic health experience; newer graduates are welcome to apply.
• One to three years of orthopedic physical therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Establish plans of care and treatment programs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and adapt care plans as needed.
• Provide patient and family education and communicate to support understanding and continuity of care.
• Document interventions and bill appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation team members.
• Support various appointment types.
