About The Position
Synergy Care is hiring a full-time Rehab Director/Physical Therapist for Southern Life Assisted Living Center in Lake Placid, Florida. This is a leadership opportunity for a physical therapist working with a supportive team. The posting offers an incentive bonus of up to $5,000.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP program.
- Hold or be eligible for a Missouri license, as applicable.
