The Faculty of Social Sciences, School of Political Studies is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Principles, Processes and Methods of Evaluation (PAP4310, Section B00) during the 2026 Fall Semester. This course explores approaches and methods used in the evaluation of public services and programs, including the selection of norms and criteria, development of indicators, planning and implementation of evaluation, and analysis and presentation of results. It also examines the political, social, and administrative context of evaluation and its limitations. The course will be offered in person, though the teaching method may be modified due to public health measures or other reasons.
