About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor in the Civil Law Section at the University of Ottawa, specifically for the DCC3102-AA00 Criminal Law course during the 2027 Winter Semester. The course provides an introduction to the criminal justice system, general theory of the offence and criminal responsibility, and main offences. The role is virtual. Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in: Introduction to criminal law, the criminal justice system, general theory of the offence and criminal responsibility, and main offences.
  • Passive competence in French (second language).
  • Successfully complete all mandatory legislated training.
