About The Position

This is a posting for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach a Labour Law course (DCC3106-AA00) during the 2027 Winter Semester at the Civil Law Section in Fauteux Hall. The course is an introduction to labour law topics including negotiation, certification, collective agreements, dispute resolution methods, and various statutes. The position is for 3 credits, with 39 work hours, and the instruction language is English, with passive competence in French preferred. The course schedule is Friday 17:30-20:30, delivered virtually. Requirements

Knowledge of introduction to labour law, negotiation, certification, collective agreement, methods of resolving disputes, and various statutes
An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience
Successfully complete all mandatory legislated training
