About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach the CANADIAN FEDERALISM LAW course (Course Code: DCC3104, Section: AA00) during the 2027 Winter Semester. The course covers the history of Canadian federalism, basic rules regarding the division of legislative authority, and an overview of language rights and the rights of aboriginal peoples. The course is offered by the Section de droit civil / Civil Law Section and has an expected enrollment of 75 students. It is a 3-credit course with 39 work hours. The language of instruction is English, and passive competence in a second language is required. The course will be delivered virtually.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Canadian Federalism Law
  • An acceptable level of education and/or experience equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience
  • Competence in second language (passive)
