About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach the course Private International Law (DRC4396) during the 2027 Winter Semester. The course covers the history and sources of private international law, choice of law issues including conflict rules, their interpretation and application, choice of forum issues, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign decisions. The course will be delivered asynchronously and virtually.
