About The Position
The Faculty of Social Sciences, School of Psychology at the University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Lifespan Psychology (PSY2114, Section C00) during the Winter 2027 semester. This course covers developmental psychology from birth to old age. The position is for an in-person class scheduled for Mondays from 19:00 to 22:00. Requirements
- Ph.D. in Psychology
- Advanced knowledge of the course content area (Lifespan Psychology)
- Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
- Ability to maintain the original assigned mode of course delivery (in-person).

- An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
Responsibilities

- Inform the School of Psychology Secretariat promptly if a class needs to be cancelled.
- Arrange for a suitable replacement instructor in advance of any known absence.
