About The Position
This course, PSY2574 Section A00, focuses on the methodology and ethics of research in psychology. It covers research protocols, experimental and non-experimental designs, documentation, and writing style. The course will utilize current research examples to illustrate different protocols across psychology subfields. The course components include a laboratory and a lecture. This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor for the Fall 2026 semester.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Psychology
- Advanced knowledge of the course content area
- Competence in French (language of instruction)
- Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.

Responsibilities
- Teach Méthodes de recherche et éthique (PSY2574 Section A00).
- Maintain the originally assigned mode of course delivery (in-person or virtual).
- Inform the School of Psychology Secretariat if a class needs to be cancelled.
- Arrange for a suitable replacement instructor in case of an anticipated absence.
