This position involves participation in a hands-on, in-depth product development project for the Food Product Development course (NUT42441, Section A01) during the Fall 2026 semester. The role includes guiding students in laboratory work, providing personalized mentoring, and supporting them in designing and developing food products. Responsibilities also encompass offering expertise in formulating new food products, conducting sensory evaluations, ensuring quality control, and developing marketing strategies. The professor will also be responsible for preparing and restoring the laboratory. This course is co-taught in person at the Lees Campus and combined with NUT46441, a course taught in French. It is a Type 'C' course, involving written assignments and non-computer-marked examinations.
