This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach NUT4183, Food Safety and Regulatory Affairs, during the Fall 2026 semester. The course examines regulations and best practices for safe food provision, strategies for assessing and reducing risks of food poisoning and infection, and the impact of public health policies on stakeholders and consumers. The course component is a lecture, with an expected enrollment of 25 students. The language of instruction is English, with passive competence in a second language required. The course is in-person on the Campus Lees.
