About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor for the course "Thèmes choisis en droit" (Course Code: DRC4731, Section: CC00) during the 2027 Winter Semester at the Civil Law Section, Faculty of Law. The course description is "Plaidoirie visuelle, droit et cinéma." The course aims to familiarize students with the main remedies within the jurisdiction of the Federal Courts and the applicable procedural rules. Requirements

• Possess an LL.L or a J.D.
• Be a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec (or its equivalent)
• Have experience in advocacy (plaidoirie)
• Have significant practical experience before the federal courts
• Master the rules of the federal courts
