About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach the course EHA6360Q00 - Health Care in Canada in a Comparative Context during the Fall 2026 semester at the Telfer School of Management. The course provides an overview of the Canadian health care system, its history, and its relationship with federal and provincial/territorial governments. It also examines current influences on health care policy and compares the Canadian system with international health care systems, particularly those in the Middle East and Qatar. The course will be delivered online asynchronously.

Requirements

  • MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in an area directly related to health care systems in Canada and globally.
  • Demonstrate recent professional experience in the field.
  • Sound knowledge of the issues related to the area of the course.
  • Competence in English (language of instruction).

  • Experience in development or delivery of online course content.
  • An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
