The Registrar Services Specialist serves as the first point of contact for walk-ins, phone, and e-mail communications. Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for students and visitors via walk-ins, phone calls, and e-mails.
• Perform student coding for registration processes.
• Process status and program changes accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct transfer evaluations for technical base programs.
• Review files for all technical programs to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Perform course evaluations as required.
• Share responsibility for various administrative duties within the registrar’s office.
