Registered Nurse (RN) SNF - Day and Night Shift - Aspen Trace
About The Position
CarDon is seeking Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care at Aspen Trace in a supportive, collaborative environment. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates resident care plans, providing personalized care and working with a multidisciplinary team to promote health outcomes and improve the resident experience. The role also involves supporting residents and their families throughout their healthcare journey. The posting describes flexible nursing schedules and opportunities for career growth, including advancement into leadership. CarDon offers tuition assistance, educational resources through CarDon University, and the Leadership Acceleration Path (LeAP). RNs averaging 40 hours per week may earn up to $6,000 annually in additional income, paid as $500 for each month they meet the hourly goal. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for day and night shifts.
Requirements
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
- Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Document resident care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.
