About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates resident care plans to provide personalized care tailored to each resident’s needs. The RN works with a multidisciplinary team to promote health outcomes and improve the resident experience, while supporting residents and their families throughout their healthcare journey. This is a day-shift position at Arbor Trace. RNs who average 40 hours per week may earn up to $6,000 annually in additional income, with $500 added to pay for each month they meet the hourly goal.

Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and monitor their effectiveness and side effects.
Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
Document resident care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.
