About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at CarDon and Associates, you will provide high-quality patient care and assist residents with their daily needs, comfort, and well-being. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
