About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at CarDon and Associates, you will provide high-quality patient care and assist residents with daily activities, supporting their comfort and well-being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and educate residents and their families. Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education to residents and their families.
