About The Position

Grey Stone Health & Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time evening shift from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The role involves providing nursing care that supports residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, while building meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. Nurses work with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Shift differential and experience pay are provided.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Manage medications and conduct thorough assessments.
• Document changes in residents’ conditions accurately.
