About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at CarDon, you will deliver high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans, providing personalized care based on each resident’s needs. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will help promote optimal health outcomes and enhance residents’ experiences. Your expertise and compassionate approach will support residents and their families throughout their healthcare journey. This role is at Arbor Trace on the evening (second) shift. Second-shift RNs receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus. RNs averaging 40 hours per week can earn up to $6,000 in additional annual income, with an extra $500 added to pay for each month they meet that hourly goal.

Requirements

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Document resident care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.
