Registered Nurse SNF - Night Shift - Arbor Trace
About The Position
CarDon is seeking Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates resident care plans, delivering personalized care based on each resident’s needs. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to promote health outcomes and support residents and their families. This position is at Arbor Trace and is listed for the night shift. Third-shift RNs receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus. RNs averaging 40 hours per week can earn up to $6,000 annually in additional income, with $500 added to their pay for each month they meet the hourly goal.
Requirements
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
- Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Document resident care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.
