About The Position
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at CarDon, you will deliver high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans, providing personalized attention based on each resident’s needs. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will help promote optimal health outcomes and improve the resident experience. RNs averaging 40 hours per week may earn up to $6,000 annually in additional income, with $500 added to pay for each month they meet the hourly goal. Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Document resident care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.
