About The Position
CarDon is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Memory Care Unit at Aspen Trace. The RN delivers high-quality, personalized resident care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role involves assessing residents, planning and implementing care, and evaluating care plans to support optimal health outcomes and enhance the resident experience. The RN works with a multidisciplinary team and supports residents and their families throughout their healthcare journey. RNs who average 40 hours per week can earn up to $6,000 annually in additional income, with $500 added to pay for each month the hourly goal is achieved. Requirements
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
- Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Document resident care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Evaluate resident care plans and support personalized care and optimal health outcomes.
