Registered Nurse (RN) - CVICU (CCU)
About The Position
Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its CVICU (CCU). The nurse is directly responsible for care provided to assigned patients and communicates with physicians about changes in a patient’s clinical condition, including hemodynamic monitoring, diagnostic study results, abnormal results, and symptoms. The nurse must respond quickly and accurately to changes in a patient’s condition or response to treatment and maintain patient privacy and confidentiality. Centinela Hospital Medical Center is a 362-bed acute-care hospital serving Inglewood and the wider Los Angeles area. It is part of Prime Healthcare and provides emergency, cardiac, critical care, rehabilitation, and other services.
Requirements
- Current valid California Registered Nurse license.
- Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintenance of current certification.
- Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintenance of current certification.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a Critical Care Course preferred.
- Previous critical care experience preferred.
