Registered Nurse (RN) - CVICU (CCU)
About The Position
Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct care to assigned patients in the CVICU (CCU). The nurse communicates with physicians about changes in patients’ clinical conditions, including hemodynamic monitoring, diagnostic study results, abnormal findings, and symptoms. The nurse must respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment and maintain patient privacy and confidentiality. The position is per diem on the night shift. Centinela Hospital Medical Center is a 362-bed acute-care hospital serving Inglewood and the wider Los Angeles area and is part of Prime Healthcare.
Requirements
- Current valid California Registered Nurse license.
- Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain it as current.
- Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain it as current.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a Critical Care Course.
- Previous Critical Care experience.
