Registered Nurse (RN) - CVICU (CCU)
About The Position
Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for assigned patients in the CVICU (CCU). The nurse communicates with physicians about changes in patients’ clinical conditions, including hemodynamic monitoring, diagnostic study results, abnormal findings, and symptoms. The nurse must respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality. Centinela Hospital Medical Center is a 362-bed acute-care hospital serving Inglewood and the wider Los Angeles area. It provides emergency, stroke, orthopedic, cardiac, critical care, and rehabilitation services and is part of Prime Healthcare.
Requirements
- Hold a current, valid California Registered Nurse license.
- Hold a current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain it.
- Hold a current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain it.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a Critical Care Course.
- Previous Critical Care experience.
