Registered Nurse (RN) - CVICU (CCU)
About The Position
Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its CVICU (CCU). The hospital is a 362-bed acute-care facility serving Inglewood and the wider Los Angeles area, with advanced cardiac and critical care services. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the care of assigned patients, communicating with physicians about changes in patients’ clinical conditions, including hemodynamic monitoring, diagnostic study results, abnormal results, and symptoms. The nurse must respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment and maintain patient privacy and confidentiality. This is a per-diem, day-shift position.
Requirements
- Current valid California Registered Nurse license.
- Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain it as current.
- Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain it as current.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a Critical Care Course.
- Previous critical care experience.
