About The Position

Trailpoint Village is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to residents in a senior-care setting. Nurses develop meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The position is offered on 8-hour day and evening shifts or 12-hour night shifts in the ventilator unit. The stated earning potential is $41–$45 per hour.

The nurse is expected to create a comforting and engaging atmosphere, promote teamwork, collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care, and support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities
