About The Position

The Registered Nurse at Cardinal Nursing & Rehab provides nursing care that promotes residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories, supporting a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering coordinated, comprehensive care. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrated commitment to Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence (C.A.R.E.).
