About The Position

At Creekside Village, the Registered Nurse develops meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. Nurses use their skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, supporting fulfilling and satisfying care. The role calls for a supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and strong interpersonal communication to help provide coordinated, comprehensive care and maintain a respectful, positive work environment. Full-time positions are available for evening and night shifts, and part-time positions are available for day shifts. Requirements

Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
