About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Creekside Village, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. You will use your nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being in a rewarding senior-care environment. The role calls for a supportive presence, teamwork, collaboration, leadership within the care team, and respectful interpersonal communication.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values toward residents, family members, customers, and staff.
