About The Position

Trailpoint Village is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to residents. Nurses build meaningful relationships by learning residents’ and staff members’ life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role is offered on 8-hour day and evening shifts or 12-hour nights in the Vent Unit, with earning potential of $41–$45 per hour.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

• Supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
• Work with the team toward the shared goal of excellent resident care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
