About The Position
Provide specialized, family-centered care to newborns who need additional support during their first days and weeks of life. Care includes monitoring and treatment, as well as family education and emotional support. Work with a skilled multidisciplinary NICU team in a nurturing, baby-friendly environment, using clinical expertise, compassion, and advocacy to support babies and their families.
Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to newborns who need additional support.
- Monitor and treat newborns.
- Educate and emotionally support families.
- Advocate for babies and provide compassionate, family-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
