About The Position

The Registered Nurse will work as a medical-surgical/telemetry RN on 4 East, a 21-bed general medical observation unit. The unit cares for patients with COPD, pneumonia, infections, and urinary tract infections. The role requires comfort with BiPAP and high-flow oxygen. This is a 36- or 48-hour contract with 12-hour day shifts. Every-other-weekend work is required. Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must have a verifiable permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility. A cover sheet is required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the specialty
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Comfort with BiPAP and high-flow oxygen
• Verifiable permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
• Cover sheet required
