About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse for senior living visits through its Londonderry office, serving Salem, Londonderry, and Nashua, New Hampshire. The role offers flexible schedules, one-to-one care, and a focus on work/life balance. The nurse follows care plans, visits clients in assigned territories, provides clinical care, monitors client conditions, coordinates services, and documents care using a tablet.

Requirements

• Hold a current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire.
• Have a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical medical/surgical experience.
• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• Be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Be able to travel to assigned cases.

Nice To Haves

• Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
• Solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans according to clients’ needs.
• Make home visits to clients within designated geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Manage cases and coordinate care.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, evaluations, and services provided using a touch-pad tablet.
