Senior Living Registered Nurse
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide senior living visits for its Londonderry office, serving Dover, Exeter, and Rye, New Hampshire. The role offers flexible schedules, one-to-one care, and an emphasis on work/life balance. The nurse follows designated care plans, makes visits to clients, provides and documents nursing care, monitors client conditions, and coordinates case management. The position requires a current New Hampshire RN license, at least one year of recent verifiable medical/surgical clinical experience, and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Prior home care experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire.
- At least one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Nice To Haves
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow designated care plans in accordance with patients' needs.
- Make visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform client assessments as necessary.
- Manage cases and coordinate care.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care and services using a touch pad tablet.
