About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver, direct, and supervise care for patients admitted to a nursing unit. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, the RN uses the nursing process to plan, coordinate, and provide patient care. Duties include interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family education for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources. The nurse may perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including Charge Nurse duties when appropriately certified. The role is listed as full-time nights at Georgetown Rehab.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if the state participates.
Current BLS certification is required; certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.

Nice To Haves

One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
