About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse for the MS/Tele Float specialty at an acute care hospital in Wilmington, North Carolina. The assignment is a 13-week contract beginning November 30, 2026, with one opening. The position works night shifts consisting of four 12-hour shifts, from 18:45 to 7:15. Weekly pay is $2,865. Eligible travelers may receive a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,526 per week. Overtime is listed as 1% for 40 total hours in one week.
Requirements
- Active RN license for North Carolina; compact license accepted where applicable.
- 2+ years of recent MS/Tele Float experience.
- MS/Tele and ER holding experience.
- BLS and ACLS.
- BLS and NIHSS are listed as required.
- Ability to keep up with a fast-paced unit and 1:6–1:7 patient ratios.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the MS/Tele Float specialty.
- Float as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced unit with MS/Tele ratios of 1:6–1:7 and potentially PCU ratios of 1:3–1:4.
