About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse for the MS/Tele Float specialty at an acute care hospital in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is a 13-week assignment with a night schedule of four 12-hour shifts, 18:45–07:15. The nurse must be able to keep up with a fast-paced unit and float as needed. MS/Tele ratios are 1:6–1:7; the nurse may also care for PCU patients at ratios of 1:3–1:4. Weekly pay is $2,865. An eligible housing and meals stipend of up to $1,526 per week is included. The assignment has one opening and a stated start date of November 30, 2026.
Requirements
- Active RN license for North Carolina; compact license accepted where applicable.
- At least 2 years of recent MS/Tele Float experience.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- NIHSS required.
- MS/Tele and ER holding experience needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the MS/Tele Float specialty at an acute care hospital.
- Float as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced unit with MS/Tele patient ratios of 1:6–1:7 and potentially PCU ratios of 1:3–1:4.
