About The Position

VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse for the MS/Tele Float pool at an acute care hospital in Wilmington, North Carolina. The position supports ED holding, caring for patients waiting for an inpatient bed, and may include floating as needed. The nurse may care for MS/Tele patients at a 1:6–1:7 ratio and may also see PCU patients at a 1:3–1:4 ratio. No call is required.

This is a 13-week travel contract with a night schedule of three 12-hour shifts, 18:45–7:15. The listed start date is November 16, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,099, with a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,526 per week where eligible.

Requirements

• Active RN license for North Carolina; compact license accepted where applicable.
• Specialty in MS/Tele Float.
• At least 2 years of recent MS/Tele Float experience.
• MS/Tele and ER holding experience.
• Travel experience.
• BLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.

Nice To Haves

• CPI certification.
