Registered Nurse (Travel) - MS/Tele Float - $2,099/wk - Wilmington, NC
About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse for an acute care hospital in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is a float pool assignment supporting ED holding, caring for patients waiting for an inpatient bed. The nurse floats as needed and may care for MS/Tele patients at a 1:6–1:7 ratio or PCU patients at a 1:3–1:4 ratio. No call is required. The assignment is a 13-week contract with night shifts of three 12-hour shifts, from 18:45 to 7:15. Every other weekend and holiday availability are required. Weekly pay is $2,099, with a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,526 per week where eligible.
Requirements
- Active RN license for North Carolina; compact license accepted where applicable.
- At least 2 years of recent MS/Tele Float experience.
- MS/Tele and ER holding experience.
- Travel nursing experience.
- BLS certification.
- NIHSS certification.
Nice To Haves
- CPI certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the MS/Tele float pool, including support for ED holding patients awaiting inpatient beds.
- Float as needed between units.
