About The Position
Andwell Health Partners is seeking a per diem Home Health Registered Nurse to serve Presque Isle and surrounding territories. The RN provides skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, supports patients and families through health challenges, and helps people live safely and independently at home. The position offers a flexible per diem schedule and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Maine.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in patients’ homes.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatments, and disease management.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
