About The Position

American Village is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Weekend Option. The nurse will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role involves providing coordinated resident care, supporting a respectful and positive workplace, and demonstrating the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Ability to demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
Supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
