About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse for a weekend-option day-shift opportunity at Harrison Terrace. The nurse will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role calls for a supportive presence, teamwork, leadership, collaboration, and respectful interpersonal communication. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrated C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
