About The Position
American Senior Communities is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Weekend Option at Coventry Meadows on the day shift. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Ability to support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication.
- Ability to collaborate and work toward shared resident-care goals.
Responsibilities
- Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
- Coordinate with nursing and other facility teams to provide comprehensive resident care.
- Conduct resident assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values toward residents, family members, customers, and staff.
